Introduction and aim: Posterior thigh muscles are also called the Hamstring group of muscles. Its major action is knee flexion minor in hip extensor. It one two joint that involve joint. When these shortened or become tight movement affected reduced. This muscle causes a posterior pelvic tilt leads to flat back. Prolonged tightness low back pain. Tightness mainly due inadequate physical activity results stiffness, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis. The aim this study find whether hamstring pain college-going students.
 Materials methods: method used measure length Active Knee Extension Test. angle using universal goniometry. should be between 80-90 degrees. If range below 80 degrees, then subject has hamstring.
 Results: Mean males calculated found left more than right. mean female right side side. Both females having at 30-40 degrees more.
 Conclusion: shows most colleges going students have And investigation reveals 2/4th total experienced their life. experience present all age comes under study. Some who sports activities hamstring. But some do not because stretching before after activity. By this, it concluded prevalence among college-going, students.
